Gavels are symbols of democracy at IAM Grand Lodge Conventions. The 2024 convention in New York City welcomes four unique gavels built by members at IAM Local S6 and S7 in Maine, IAM Local 175 in Pennsylvania, IAM Local 1943 in Ohio, and the William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center in Maryland.
