IAM Revs Up for 41st Grand Lodge Convention
The IAM has arrived in New York City to prepare for approximately 1,200 members from across North America to gather next week for the 41st Grand Lodge Convention.
The host territory—the IAM Eastern Territory, the IAM Executive Council, and Grand Lodge staff are meeting, coordinating, and setting up to ensure an exciting week full of solidarity and union power.
The beginning stages of Convention production are in the works. The stage is being built, IAM branding is going up, and meeting rooms are being prepared, all with the help of union labor at the hotel and from around the area.
Final arrangements for guest speakers are being made, gear is being unboxed, and every last detail is getting reviewed.
